TForce Logistics - Delivery a week late and they can't tell me where it is.
I ordered from Home Depot and they shipped via Tforce. Their website shows the order in Eugene, about 45 miles from me, all week.
On the phone today I was told "the carrier has not received it". That was repeated with every inquiry I made including why it was listed on their website if they haven't received it. The same unhelpful response was given when I asked if they received it from Home Depot, if it was damaged or if they lost it.
If I ever see them again as the shipper I will immediately cancel the order. They are extremely rude, unable to track shipments, and just seem completely incompetent

they where suppose to deliver to my house today. they got the wrong house and when proven with time frame and security camera they talked over me and ended with the manager hanging up on me.
Thy tried to hire HD COURIER to do their dirty work. HD didn't have a clue.
At least 5 drivers quit over this debacle. Pay was $14/ hr. Home Depot closed their inhouse delivery service, which had been paying $25/hr.
Simply a money grab at the expense of the grossly overworked drivers. Avoid T-FARCE, avoid HD CARRIER of Springfield , Or.
